Returns & Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit within 14 days of purchase on regular price merchandise, with original sales receipt. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed with tags attached. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. No refunds.

Sale merchandise 30% off and above is a FINAL SALE.

All accessories, hats, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, intimates, jewelry, candles and beauty products are FINAL SALE.

Items purchased in store, can not be returned to the MAIE Online Store.
We accept online returns within 15 days from the day of delivery (the package must shipped back to MAIE no later than 15 days from the date of delivery).

We do not currently offer exchanges through the MAIE Online Store.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

A full refund to the original method of payment is available on regular price items.

Sale Merchandise

Items discounted 20% or less are eligible to be returned for Store Credit only. No refunds will be given on any sale merchandise.

Items discounted more than 20% are a FINAL SALE

Once your return is accepted, the Store Credit will be emailed to you in the form of an E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards have no expiration date. Note: Store Credits issued at the Mayfair location are not redeemable online at this time

Returns by Mail

1. Submit a Return Request via email to hello@shopmaie.com

To submit an online return request: email hello@shopmaie.com with the following included.

In the subject line write: Return

In the email: include the order number, name and reason for return.

You may select a refund or store credit for all or some of your items

3. Pack Your Return

When returning items ensure you enclose:

• Your Invoice (included in your delivery)

• The item(s) for return, including packaging

4. Send Your Return

Once the return is approved: Please ship the package using the carrier of your choice to:

Note: MAIE is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. 

Return Processing Times:

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your store credit or refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5 business days of receiving your return. During sale periods, returns processing may take 2-3 days longer.

Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. An online return request must be submitted to receive your refund within normal processing times. Returns received without a request may take up to 30 days to be processed.

Lost or stolen packages: 

Please note that while locating lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims often take several weeks or more to complete.

If the selected shipper is able to provide proof of delivery, Maie is not responsible to replace stolen or missing packages.

Returning item to the Mayfair store:

You are welcome to drop off the package at the store instead of shipping it: HOWEVER, NO REFUNDS or STORE CREDITS will be given at the time of drop off. It still will go thru the same process with the online team and needs to follow the exact same packaging and request process. Just note in the email that you will be dropping off at the store instead of shipping it.
