Shipping & Delivery

When your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.

All orders will be processed during MAIE’s business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered the next business day.

We do our best to fulfil every order we receive. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove the item from your order and you will not be charged for it.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the colour or size of any items in the order and it is not possible to remove or add products to an existing order.
At this time MAIE ships within Canada only. Stay tuned for updates for International shipping

Shipping is free for all orders over $99.

We endeavor to ship all deliveries within the specified service timeframe. On occasion, there may be circumstances outside our delivery partners control that result in unexpected delays to these services.
Once your order has been shipped your tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.

We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Buy Online & Pickup In Store:

Under shipping select local pick up. You will receive and email notifying you when your order is ready for pick up at the Mayfair Shopping Centre Location

Order Cancelation:

Order cancellations can be made strictly within 1 hour of placing your order during MAIE’s business hours (Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Please email our Online Customer Service team at for cancellation requests.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel or edit billing and shipping details. MAIE accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Upon receiving your new items, try them on, make sure they fit, take some selfies – we want to see how great you look and to hear how much you LOVE your items! If you think you have received a defective item, Contact us via email at within 15 days of receiving your order. We do our absolute best to ensure that every item shipped is free from defects. However, in the instance that this happens, it will be handled on a case by case basis.

We are NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging, or improper washing. Please also make sure you remove tags with a scissor vs ripping them out- as that may cause a hole to your garment and deem it not returnable.
